The Friends Of Drakelow Tunnels

During the winter of 2004/05 one of our tasks was to prepare for fuel deliveries. Unfortunately the large supply we
had inherited from the Home Office was coming to an end.

A JCB was called in to clear Adit B in December 2004

On 18th March 2005 our first fuel delivery arrived.

We will have to repeat this process around twice a year from now on.

The first first fuel delivery to RGHQ9.2 for around 15 years
was completed.
